Refund policy
At U&B Scents, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- At least 80% full (for fragrance bottles)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or sprayed more than a few times
- Items not in their original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, contact us at umarbashirscents63@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- A clear photo of the item
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it immediately at no cost
